Chimeric Rabies Virus Glycoprotein Fragment (RVG-9R) It is a peptide extracted from the rabies virus glycoprotein (RVG). Since neurotropic viruses infect brain cells across the blood-brain barrier, the same strategy could be used to enter the central nervous system and deliver siRNA to the brain.
