It can also use free dihydrolipoate, dihydrolipoami.(NADH); lipoamide reductase; lipoamide reductase (NADH); lipoate dehydrogenase; lipoic acid dehydrogenase; lipoyl dehydrogenase; protein-6-N-(dihydrolipoyl)lysine:NAD+ oxidoreductase. Enzyme Commission Number: EC 1.8.1.4. CAS No. 9001-18-7. Diaphorase. Mole weight: ca. 110,000. Activity: >150 U/mg protein. Storage: Store at -20°C. Form: Lyophilized. Source: E. coli. LDP-Glc; LDP-Val; dehydrolipoate dehydrogenase; diaphorase; dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase; dihydrolipoamide:NAD+ oxidoreductase; dihydrolipoic dehydrogenase; dihydrothioctic dehydrogenase; lipoamide dehydrogenase (NADH); lipoamide oxidoreductase (NADH); lipoamide reductase; lipoamide reductase (NADH); lipoate d.
Diaphorase-3, recombinant
Diaphorase-3, recombinant. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: Diaphorase-3; Diaphorase 3; Diaphorase. Diaphorase. Activity: 1404 U/mg protein, 965 U/mg solid. Storage: At -20 to 5°C. Stable for one year after approval date. Form: Lyophilized (containing Potassium phosphate). Diaphorase-3; Diaphorase 3; Diaphorase. Cat No: NATE-1927.
Little activity with neurosporene or lycopene. Involved in the biosynthesis of C30 carotenoids such as staphyloxanthin. The enzyme oxidizes eachmethyl group to the hydroxymethyl and then a dihydroxymethyl group, followed by the spontaneous loss of water to give an aldehyde group. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: crtP (ambiguous). Enzyme Commission Number: EC 1.14.99.44. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-1054; diapolycopene oxygenase; EC 1.14.99.44; crtP (ambiguous). Cat No: EXWM-1054.
