Synonyms: CG-B 3Q; CTZ; Ceftezol; FR 10123; (6R,7R)-3-(((1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)thio)methyl)-7-(2-(1H-tetrazol-1-yl)acetamido)-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid; (6R,7R)-8-Oxo-7-[(1H-tetrazol-1-ylacetyl)amino]-3-[(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylthio)methyl]-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic Acid; (6R-trans)-8-Oxo-7-[(1H-tetrazol-1-ylacetyl)amino]-3-[(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylthio)methyl]-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic Acid. Grade: > 95%. CAS No. 26973-24-0. Molecular formula: C13H12N8O4S3. Mole weight: 440.48. BOC Sciences
Ceftezole sodium Ceftezole is a semisynthetic first-generation cephalosporin with antibacterial activity. Ceftezole may decrease the excretion rate of Abacavir which could result in a higher serum level. Ceftezole Sodium is the sodium salt form of ceftezole. Synonyms: Celoslin sodium; Falomesin sodium; Alomen. Grade: ≥98%. CAS No. 41136-22-5. Molecular formula: C13H11N8O4S3Na. Mole weight: 462.46. BOC Sciences
Ceftibuten It is produced by the strain of Semisynthetic third generation oral cephalosporin. The activity of Ceftibuten against enterobacteriaceae which can produce broad-spectrum β-lactamase was superior to cefotaxime and amtriannan, the activity of Ceftibuten against gram-negative bacteria was stronger than cefacolol, but the activity against gram-positive bacteria was poor, and the activity against Streptococcus pneumoniae was only 1/8 of Ceftibuten. It is used to treat acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis (ABECB), acute bacterial otitis media, pharyngitis, and tonsilitis. Uses: Anti-bacterial agents. Synonyms: Ceftibuteno; Cedax; Ceftibutenum; Ceftibutene; cis-ceftibuten; Cephem; Sch39720; Sch 39720; Sch-39720; (+)-(6R,7R)-7-((Z)-2-(2-Amino-4-thiazolyl)-4-carboxycrotonamido)-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo(4.2.0)oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid. Grade: >98%. CAS No. 97519-39-6. Molecular formula: C15H14N4O6S2. Mole weight: 410.42. BOC Sciences
