| Tacrine hydrochloride | Tacrine hydrochloride is a potent cholinesterase inhibitor used for the treatment of memory deficits in patients with Alzheimers's disease. Tacrine hydrochloride has been shown to inhibit acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (IC50s = 31 and 26.5 nM, respectively).
