| kaempferol 4'-O-methyltransferase | The enzyme acts on the hydroxy group in the 4'-position of some flavones, flavanones and isoflavones. Kaempferol, apigenin and kaempferol triglucoside are substrates, as is genistein, which reacts more slowly.
