ADP-ribose diphosphatase ADP-ribose diphosphatase (EC 3.6.1.13) is an enzyme that catalyzes a hydrolysis reaction in which water nucleophilically attacks ADP-ribose to produce AMP and D-ribose 5-phosphate. Enzyme hydrolysis occurs by the breakage of a phosphoanhydride bond and is dependent on Mg2+ ions that are held in complex by the enzyme. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: ADPribose pyrophosphatase; adenosine diphosphoribose pyrophosphatase; ADPR-PPase; ADP-ribose ribophosphohydrolase. Enzyme Commission Number: EC 3.6.1.13. CAS No. 9024-83-3. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-4597; ADP-ribose diphosphatase; EC 3.6.1.13; 9024-83-3; ADPribose pyrophosphatase; adenosine diphosphoribose pyrophosphatase; ADPR-PPase; ADP-ribose ribophosphohydrolase. Cat No: EXWM-4597. Creative Enzymes
Mn2+-dependent ADP-ribose/CDP-alcohol diphosphatase Requires Mn2+. Unlike EC 3.6.1.13, ADP-ribose diphosphatase, it cannot utilize Mg2+. ADP-D-ribose, CDP-choline, CDP-ethanolamine and ADP are substrates for this enzyme but ADP-D-glucose, UDP-D-glucose, CDP-D-glucose, CDP, CMP and AMP are not hydrolysed. In rat, the enzyme is found predominantly in thymus and spleen. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: Mn2+-dependent ADP-ribose/CDP-alcohol pyrophosphatase; ADPRibase-Mn. Enzyme Commission Number: EC 3.6.1.53. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-4625; Mn2+-dependent ADP-ribose/CDP-alcohol diphosphatase; EC 3.6.1.53; Mn2+-dependent ADP-ribose/CDP-alcohol pyrophosphatase; ADPRibase-Mn. Cat No: EXWM-4625. Creative Enzymes
8-oxo-dGDP phosphatase The enzyme catalyses the hydrolysis of both 8-oxo-dGDP and 8-oxo-GDP thereby preventing translational errors caused by oxidative damage. The preferred in vivo substrate is not known. The enzyme does not degrade 8-oxo-dGTP and 8-oxo-GTP to the monophosphates (cf. EC 3.6.1.55, 8-oxo-dGTP diphosphatase). Ribonucleotide diphosphates and deoxyribonucleotide diphosphates are hydrolysed with broad specificity. The bifunctional enzyme NUDT5 also hydrolyses ADP-ribose to AMP and D-ribose 5-phosphate (cf. EC 3.6.1.13, ADP-ribose diphosphatase). The human enzyme NUDT18 also hydrolyses 8-oxo-dADP and 2-hydroxy-dADP, the latter at a slower rate. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: NUDT5; MTH3 (gene name); NUDT18. Enzyme Commission Number: EC 3.6.1.58. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-4630; 8-oxo-dGDP phosphatase; EC 3.6.1.58; NUDT5; MTH3 (gene name); NUDT18. Cat No: EXWM-4630. Creative Enzymes
