2-hydroxymuconate-6-semialdehyde dehydrogenase This substrate for this enzyme is formed by meta ring cleavage of catechol (EC 1.13.11.2, catechol 2,3-dioxygenase), and is an intermediate in the bacterial degradation of several aromatic compounds. Has lower activity with benzaldehyde. Activity with NAD+ is more than 10-fold higher than with NADP+. cf. EC 1.2.1.32, aminomuconate-semialdehyde dehydrogenase. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: xylG (gene name); praB (gene name). Enzyme Commission Number: EC 1.2.1.85. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-1188; 2-hydroxymuconate-6-semialdehyde dehydrogenase; EC 1.2.1.85; xylG (gene name); praB (gene name). Cat No: EXWM-1188. Creative Enzymes
4-Diethylaminobenzaldehyde DEAB is a potent inhibitor of cytosolic (class 1) aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) enzymes (IC50 values 0.057 μM, 1.2 μM, 3.0 μM, 1.2 μM, 0.16 μM, and 13 μM for inhibition of ALDH1A1, ALDH1A2, ALDH1A3, ALDH1B1, ALDH2, and ALDH5A1, respectively). DEAB is also an excellent substrate for ALDH3A1, and an irreversible inhibitor of ALDH7A1 (KI value 100 μM). Uses: 4-(diethylamino)benzaldehyde is a mechanism-based inhibitor for human aldehyde dehydrogenase isoenzymes. potent and reversible inhibitor of mouse and human class i aldehyde dehydrogenase. Synonyms: 4-(diethylamino)benzaldehyde. Grades: 99 %. CAS No. 120-21-8. Molecular formula: C11H15NO. Mole weight: 177.24. BOC Sciences 11
abscisic-aldehyde oxidase Acts on both (+)- and (-)-abscisic aldehyde. Involved in the abscisic-acid biosynthesis pathway in plants, along with EC 1.1.1.288, (xanthoxin dehydrogenase), EC 1.13.11.51 (9-cis-epoxycarotenoid dioxygenase) and EC 1.14.13.93 [(+)-abscisic acid 8'-hydroxylase]. While abscisic aldehyde is the best substrate, the enzyme also acts with indole-3-aldehyde, 1-naphthaldehyde and benzaldehyde as substrates, but more slowly. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: abscisic aldehyde oxidase; AAO3; AOd; AO&Delta. Enzyme Commission Number: EC 1.2.3.14. CAS No. 129204-36-0. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-1208; abscisic-aldehyde oxidase; EC 1.2.3.14; 129204-36-0; abscisic aldehyde oxidase; AAO3; AOd; AO&Delta. Cat No: EXWM-1208. Creative Enzymes
