tetracenomycin F2 synthase A multi-domain polyketide synthase involved in the synthesis of tetracenomycin in the bacterium Streptomyces glaucescens. It involves a ketosynthase complex (TcmKL), an acyl carrier protein (TcmM), a malonyl CoA:ACP acyltransferase (MAT), and a cyclase (TcmN).
