Fmoc-D-Lys(ivDde)-OH This orthogonally-protected lysine derivative is based on the hindered Dde variant ivDde. It has very similar chemical properties to Fmoc-Lys(Dde)-OH, except that the side-chain ivDde group is considerably more stable to piperidine than Dde, and is less prone to migrate from protected to unprotected lysine side-chains.
