| 8-hydroxygeraniol dehydrogenase | Contains Zn2+. The enzyme catalyses the oxidation of (6E)-8-hydroxygeraniol to (6E)-8-oxogeranial via either (6E)-8-hydroxygeranial or (6E)-8-oxogeraniol.
