| Lipstatin | Lipstatin is a pancreatic lipase inhibitor ( IC 50 =0.14 μM), whose structure is closely related to the known inhibitor, Esterastin. Lipstatin inhibits the absorption of triglycerides without affecting the absorption of oleic acid.
