| MRT 67307 dihydrochloride | MRT 67307 is a salt inducible kinase (SIK) inhibitor (IC50 values are 67, 250 and 430 nM for SIK2, SIK1 and SIK3 respectively). MRT67307 potently inhibits ULK1 and ULK2 in vitro and block autophagy in cells. ULK1 inhibition results in accumulation of stalled early autophagosomal structures, indicating a role for ULK1 in the maturation of autophagosomes as well as initiation.
