adenylyl-sulfate reductase (glutathione)
This enzyme differs from EC 1.8.99.2, adenylyl-sulfate reductase, in using glutathione as the reductant. Glutathione can be replaced by γ-glutamylcysteine or dithiothreitol, but not by thioredoxin, glutaredoxin or mercaptoethanol. The enzyme from the mouseear cress, Arabidopsis thaliana, contains a glutaredoxin-like domain. The enzyme is also found in other photosynthetic eukaryotes, e.g., the Madagascar periwinkle, Catharanthus roseus and the hollow green seaweed, Enteromorpha intestinalis. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: 5'-adenylylsulfate reductase (also used for EC 1.8.99.2); AMP,sulfite:oxidized-glutathione oxidoreductase (adenosine-5'-phosphosulfate-forming); plant-type 5'-adenylylsulfate reductase. Enzyme Commission Number: EC 1.8.4.9. CAS No. 355840-27-6. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-1675; adenylyl-sulfate reductase (glutathione); EC 1.8.4.9; 355840-27-6; 5'-adenylylsulfate reductase (also used for EC 1.8.99.2); AMP,sulfite:oxidized-glutathione oxidoreductase (adenosine-5'-phosphosulfate-forming); plant-type 5'-adenylylsulfate reductase. Cat No: EXWM-1675.
ferruginol synthase
The enzyme is found in some members of the Lamiaceae (mint family). The enzyme from Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) is involved in biosynthesis of carnosic acid, while the enzyme from the Chinese medicinal herb Salvia miltiorrhiza is involved in the biosynthesis of the tanshinones, abietane-type norditerpenoid naphthoquinones that are the main lipophilic bioactive components found in the plant. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: miltiradiene oxidase (incorrect); CYP76AH1; miltiradiene,NADPH:oxygen oxidoreductase (ferruginol forming) (incorrect). Enzyme Commission Number: EC 1.14.13.190. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-0790; ferruginol synthase; EC 1.14.13.190; miltiradiene oxidase (incorrect); CYP76AH1; miltiradiene,NADPH:oxygen oxidoreductase (ferruginol forming) (incorrect). Cat No: EXWM-0790.
glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (NADP+)
Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (NADP+) (EC 1.2.1.9) (GAPN) is an enzyme that irreversibly catalyzes the oxidation of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (GAP) to 3-phosphoglycerate (3-PG or 3-PGA) using the reduction of NADP+ to NADPH. GAPN is used in a variant of glycolysis that conserves energy as NADPH rather than as ATP. The NADPH and 3-PG can then be used for synthesis. The most familiar variant of glycolysis uses glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) and phosphoglycerate kinase to produce ATP. GAPDH is phosphorylating. GAPN is non-phosphorylating. GAPN was reported first by Rosenberg and Arnon in 1954. It has been found in plants, algae, and bacteria... it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-1193; glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (NADP+); EC 1.2.1.9; 9028-92-6; triosephosphate dehydrogenase; dehydrogenase, glyceraldehyde phosphate (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate); glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase (NADP); glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (NADP); NADP-glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase; NADP-glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase; glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate:NADP reductase; nonphosphorylating glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase; glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (NADP). Cat No: EXWM-1193.
Rosavin
Rosavin, an orally bioactive phenylpropanoid from Rhodiola rosea L. (RRL) , is an adaptogen that enhances the bodys response to environmental stress. Rosavin significantly influences bone tissue metabolism by inhibiting osteoclastogenesis and promoting osteoblast differentiation, also impacts various diseases, demonstrating antidepressant, adaptogenic, and anxiolytic effects in mouse models. Additionally, Rosavin improves survival, reducing intestinal damage in irradiated rats and Ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)-induced cerebral injury in vivo by regulating inflammation and oxidative stress, making it a promising candidate for research in radiation-induced intestinal injury, I/R-induced cerebral injury and osteoporosis [1] [2] [3] [4]. Uses: Scientific research. Group: Natural products. CAS No. 84954-92-7. Pack Sizes: 10 mM * 1 mL; 5 mg; 10 mg; 20 mg. Product ID: HY-N0507.
Roselle Plant Extract
Extract obtained from Hibiscus Sabdariffa (Roselle) flowers dissolved in water and glycerin. Has anti-oxidant properties and inhibits elastin degradation, resulting in maintaining the skin's elasticity and consequent anti-aging effects. It is useful for formulations targeting skin tone, anti-cellulite and skin-firming products. Uses: Anti-aging, anti-cellulite and anti-wrinkle products, firming & moisturizing products. Group: Skin actives. CAS No. 56-81-5 / 7732-18-5 / 84775-96-2 / 24634-61-5 / 590-00-1 / 532-32-1. Catalog: CI-SC-0680.
