| Tautomycetin | Tautomycetin is a selective inhibitor of protein phosphatase (PP)1 (IC50 = 1.6 and 62 nM for PP1 and PP2, respectively) used as an immunosuppressive agent. Tautomycetin induces apoptosis in activated T cells, and inhibits PDGF-induced vascular smooth muscle cell and mesangial cell proliferation without affecting fibronectin secretion and cellular kinase activation in vivo.
