It achieves this by closing ATP-dependent potassium channels in the membrane of the β cells. Uses: Hypoglycemic agents. Synonyms: DJN 608; DJN-608l; DJN608; Nateglinide; Fastic; Starlix; A-4166; A 4166; A4166. Grades: >98%. CAS No. 105816-04-4. Molecular formula: C19H27NO3. Mole weight: 317.42.
Nateglinide
Nateglinide, a D-phenylalanine derivative, is an orally active and short-acting insulinotropic agent and a DPP IV inhibitor. Nateglinide inhibits ATP-sensitive K + channels in pancreatic β-cells. Nateglinide is used for the treatment of type 2 (non-insulin-dependent) diabetes mellitus [1] [2]. Uses: Scientific research. Group: Signaling pathways. Alternative Names: A4166; Senaglinide. CAS No. 105816-04-4. Pack Sizes: 10 mM * 1 mL; 5 mg; 10 mg; 50 mg; 100 mg. Product ID: HY-B0422.
