Codergocrine mesilate Codergocrine mesilate is a mixture of the methanesulfonate salts of three dihydrogenated ergot alkaloids. It binds with high affinity to the GABAA receptor Cl- channel, producing an allosteric interaction with the benzodiazepine site.
