| Eeyarestatin I | Eeyarestatin I is a potent inhibitor of endoplasmic reticulum associated protein degradation (ERAD). Eeyarestatin I suppresses ataxin-3 (atx3)-dependent deubiquitination targeting the p97-associated deubiquinating process (PAD). It also inhibits Sec61-mediated protein translocation at the ER. Eeyarestatin I exhibits cytotoxic activity against cancer cells.
