guanine deaminase Guanine deaminase also known as cypin, guanase, guanine aminase, GAH, and guanine aminohydrolase is an aminohydrolase enzyme which converts guanine to xanthine. Cypin is a major cytosolic protein that interacts with PSD-95. It promotes localized microtubule assembly in neuronal dendrites. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: guanase; guanine aminase; GAH. Enzyme Commission Number: EC 3.5.4.3. CAS No. 9033-16-3. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-4557; guanine deaminase; EC 3.5.4.3; 9033-16-3; guanase; guanine aminase; GAH. Cat No: EXWM-4557. Creative Enzymes
Guanine deaminase from Human, Recombinant GDA is an enzyme responsible for the hydrolytic deamination of guanine. Studies in rat ortholog suggest this gene plays a role in microtubule assembly. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Recombinant human GDA protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: Guanine deaminase; CYPIN; GUANASE; NEDASIN; guanine aminase; GAH; guanine aminohydrolase; GDA. Purity: > 90% determined by SDS-PAGE. GDA. Mole weight: 53 kDa (477 aa, 1-454 aa + His Tag). Activity: > 0.9 unit/ml. Appearance: Liquid. Storage: at -20°C. Form: 1 mg/ml solution 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 1 mM DTT. Source: E. coli. Species: Human. Guanine deaminase; CYPIN; GUANASE; NEDASIN; guanine aminase; GAH; guanine aminohydrolase; GDA. Cat No: NATE-1285. Creative Enzymes
8-oxoguanine deaminase Zn2+ is bound in the active site. 8-Oxoguanine is formed via the oxidation of guanine within DNA by reactive oxygen species. If uncorrected, this modification leads to the incorporation of 8-oxoG:A mismatches and eventually to G:C to T:A transversions. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: 8-OGD. Enzyme Commission Number: EC 3.5.4.32. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-4560; 8-oxoguanine deaminase; EC 3.5.4.32; 8-OGD. Cat No: EXWM-4560. Creative Enzymes

Native Bacillus sp. Purine Nucleoside Phosphorylase Purine nucleoside phosphorylase (also known as PNPase) is an enzyme (EC 2.4.2.1) involved in purine metabolism. PNP metabolizes adenosine into adenine, inosine into hypoxanthine, and guanosine into guanine, in each case creating ribose phosphate. NP encodes the enzyme purine nucleoside phosphorylase that together with adenosine deaminase (ADA) serves a key role in purine catabolism, referred to as the salvage pathway. Mutations in either enzyme result in a severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID). Confusingly, the same abbreviation (PNPase), is also used for another, otherwise unrelated, enzyme, namely Polynucleotide Phosphorylase. Purine nucleoside phosphorylase produced in microorganism has a molecular mass of 32 kda. Applications: Useful for enzymatic determination of inorganic phosphate. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: inos. Enzyme Commission Number: EC 2.4.2.1. CAS No. 9030-21-1. PNPase. Activity: > 500U/mL. Appearance: Colourless to light brown solution. Storage: -20°C. Form: Liquid.
