Vinorine Vinorine is a natural alkaloid found in the root of Rauvolfia serpentina. Vinorine shows antiarrhythmic activity. Uses: Antiarrhythmic. Synonyms: (17R,19E)-1,2,19,20-Tetradehydro-1-demethylajmalan-17-ol 17-acetate. Grade: >98%. CAS No. 34020-07-0. Molecular formula: C21H22N2O2. Mole weight: 334.42. BOC Sciences 9
vinorine hydroxylase A heme-thiolate protein (P-450). Forms a stage in the biosynthesis of the indole alkaloid ajmaline. Group: Enzymes. Enzyme Commission Number: EC 1.14.13.75. CAS No. 162875-03-8. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-0882; vinorine hydroxylase; EC 1.14.13.75; 162875-03-8. Cat No: EXWM-0882. Creative Enzymes
vinorine synthase The reaction proceeds in two stages. The indole nitrogen of 16-epivellosimine interacts with its aldehyde group giving an hydroxy-substituted new ring. This alcohol is then acetylated. Also acts on gardneral (11-methoxy-16-epivellosimine). Generates the ajmalan skeleton, which forms part of the route to ajmaline. Group: Enzymes. Enzyme Commission Number: EC 2.3.1.160. CAS No. 88844-97-7. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-2100; vinorine synthase; EC 2.3.1.160; 88844-97-7. Cat No: EXWM-2100. Creative Enzymes
acetylajmaline esterase This plant enzyme is responsible for the last stages in the biosynthesis of the indole alkaloid ajmaline. The enzyme is highly specific for the substrates 17-O-acetylajmaline and 17-O-acetylnorajmaline as the structurally related acetylated alkaloids vinorine, vomilenine, 1,2-dihydrovomilenine and 1,2-dihydroraucaffricine cannot act as substrates. This is a novel member of the GDSL family of serine esterases/lipases. Group: Enzymes. Synonyms: AAE;2β(R)-17-O-acetylajmalan:acetylesterase; acetylajmalan esterase. Enzyme Commission Number: EC 3.1.1.80. CAS No. 110183-46-5. Storage: Store it at +4 ?C for short term. For long term storage, store it at -20 ?C?-80 ?C. Form: Liquid or lyophilized powder. EXWM-3509; acetylajmaline esterase; EC 3.1.1.80; 110183-46-5; AAE;2β(R)-17-O-acetylajmalan:acetylesterase; acetylajmalan esterase. Cat No: EXWM-3509. Creative Enzymes
