Apamin
Apamin is an 18 amino acid peptide toxin found in bee venom. Apamin is used to elucidate the roles of these channels in cells and tissues expressing SK channels, including neurons, vascular endothelium, bladder smooth muscle, and certain types of cancer cells. Synonyms: Apamin (reduced), cyclic(1?11),(3?15)-bis(disulfide); Apamine; H-Cys(1)-Asn-Cys(2)-Lys-Ala-Pro-Glu-Thr-Ala-Leu-Cys(1)-Ala-Arg-Arg-Cys(2)-Gln-Gln-His-NH2; L-cysteinyl-L-asparagyl-L-cysteinyl-L-lysyl-L-alanyl-L-prolyl-L-alpha-glutamyl-L-threonyl-L-alanyl-L-leucyl-L-cysteinyl-L-alanyl-L-arginyl-L-arginyl-L-cysteinyl-L-glutaminyl-L-glutaminyl-L-histidinamide (1->11),(3->15)-bis(disulfide); Apamin, Bee Venom. Grades: ≥95% (HPLC). CAS No. 24345-16-2. Molecular formula: C79H131N31O24S4. Mole weight: 2027.34.

Polypeptide neurotoxin known to pass through the blood-brain barrier. Group: Fluorescence/luminescence spectroscopy.
Bicuculline methiodide
Bicuculline methiodide is a potent GABA(A) receptors blocker. Bicuculline methiodide alters membrane properties and firing pattern. Bicuculline methiodide reduces the Apamin-sensitive afterhyperpolarization, while Apamin is a toxin isolated from bee venom to block small conductance Ca 2+ -activated K + channels. Bicuculline methiodide facilitates burst firing via blocking apamin-sensitive Ca 2+ -activated K + current [1]. Uses: Scientific research. Group: Signaling pathways. Alternative Names: (-)-Bicuculline methiodide; l-Bicuculline methiodide. CAS No. 40709-69-1. Pack Sizes: 10 mM * 1 mL; 5 mg; 10 mg; 25 mg; 50 mg; 100 mg. Product ID: HY-103474.
Dequalinium Chloride
Dequalinium chloride is an Apamin (HY-P0256)-sensitive potassium channel selective blocker. Dequalinium chloride is a cationic, lipophilic mitochondrial poison. Dequalinium chloride is also an antagonist pf α7 nAChR , and an anti-microbial antiseptic agent with a broad bactericidal and fungicidal activity [1] [2] [3] [4]. Uses: Scientific research. Group: Signaling pathways. CAS No. 522-51-0. Pack Sizes: 10 mg; 25 mg; 50 mg; 100 mg. Product ID: HY-B0567.
Dequalinium Chloride
Dequalinium Chloride is a PKC inhibitor with IC50 of 7-18 μM, and also a selective blocker of apamin-sensitive K+ channels with IC50 of 1.1 μM. Synonyms: Dequalinium chloride; Dequavagyn; NSC 166454; NSC-166454; NSC166454. Grades: >98%. CAS No. 522-51-0. Molecular formula: C30H40N4.2Cl. Mole weight: 527.57.
An aminobenzimidazole derivative that selectively and reversibly blocks small conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels (SK1-3; =420nM, 600nM, and 730nM for SK1, SK2, SK3, respectively) in a Ca2+-dependent manner. It mediates channel gating by interacting with gating structures deep within the inner pore vestibule where Ser507 and Ala532 are deemed to be important for inhibition. Interacts at a site that is distinct from the apamin binding site in SK channels. Can access high-affinity binding sites from both the inside and outside of the cell membrane. Does not affect QT intervals, but prolongs the atrial effective refractive period and prevents acetylcholine-induced atrial fibrillations in ex vivo and in vivo models. Also shown to reversibly block TRPM7 channel (IC50=1.6mM) in smooth muscle cells, primary podocytes, HEK293 cells expressing TRPM7, and ventricular myocytes in a Mg2+-dependent manner and blocks the motility of cells in culture. Group: Biochemicals. Grades: Highly Purified. Pack Sizes: 10mg. US Biological Life Sciences.

UCL 1684
UCL 1684 is a potent and nonpeptidic blocker of the apamin-sensitive Ca2+-activated K+ channel (KCa2.1) (IC50 = 3 nM in rat sympathetic neurons). UCL 1684 was shown to block hKCa2.1 and rKCa2.2 channels expressed in HEK 293 cells (IC50 = 762 and 364 pM, respectively). Synonyms: UCL-1684 Dibromide; UCL 1684 Dibromide; UCL1684 Dibromide; UCL-1684 Br; UCL 1684 Br; UCL1684 Br; 6,12,19,20,25,26-Hexahydro-5,27:13,18:21,24-trietheno-11,7-metheno-7H-dibenzo [b,n] [1,5,12,16]tetraazacyclotricosine-5,13-diium dibromide. Grades: ≥97% by HPLC. CAS No. 199934-16-2. Molecular formula: C34H30Br2N4. Mole weight: 654.44.
